Your responsibilities would include:
- managing Price List process
- managing different kinds of discounts
- managing approval process
- standardising and optimise processes across OpCos
- providing OpCo specific insights if required
- appling deep knowledge of E2E systems and pricing & discounts process and digital skills in order to identify root causes of potential issues
- identifing risk and preventing them in the proactive way
- ensuring process controls, policies and compliance are adhered to and suggest any improvements as appropriate
- working collaboratively with other teams (e.g Sales, MDM, Collection, OpCo Finance) to ensure effective delivery of the process
- supporting and contribute to the delivery and implementation of continuous improvement projects in collaboration with OpCo, HGSS and in line with HEINEKEN’s standards
- maintaing complete and up to date process documentation
You are a good candidate if you have:
- english B2/C1
- strong analytical skills
- attention to details
- ability to work with large amount of data
- ability to work with different systems
- written and verbal communication skills
- stakeholder management skills
- very good understanding of end2end Order to Cash process
- business knowledge
- experience in multi-national environment (incl. Shared Services Centres)
- mind-set and Behaviours aligned with HEINEKEN Finance Behaviours
- strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
